Please notice that you cannot add an additional camera standalone. You must connect it to an analytics zone. To connect an additional camera to new or existing analytics zones, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select “Stores” on the left sidebar
Step 2: Click on the store you wish to connect the camera(s) to
Step 3: On the overview page of the store, you can see all the existing analytics zones without a camera, as well as a “Create” button which is used to add new analytics zones
Step 4: In the camera column, use the drag down bar to add a new camera to any of the existing analytics zone(s), or create a new analytics zone first, and then add the new camera to that zone
