Viewing the trigger history is helpful to understand the time distribution of the alert and the business operations. You may go to “Trigger History” on the Cyclops Watch page for a detailed presentation of the alert trigger record.
There are 3 displays of the record:
- Figure: It provides a good numerical summary of all the trigger records in the last 30 days, last 7 days and today.
- Chart: It offers a visual presentation of the trigger records. You can choose either scatter plot or bar view and sort by either store or alert.
- Records: It lists out every trigger record in detail including the trigger date and time.
