Under instant alert mode, Cyclops will evaluate the alert threshold every minute to catch every possible moment of reaching the threshold. It is particularly useful when you are monitoring the data on a real-time basis.
Under standard alert mode, Cyclops will evaluate your alert threshold under the timeframe users specified in a non-overlapping way.
Based on your need, you can choose to opt in the instant alert mode for a continuous alert. You can always revert to the standard one by editing your alert.
