There may be several reasons as to why you may not be seeing your data:
- You did not choose a store
- You did not choose the type of data you want to view and click “Query data”
- You did not load a template
- Your camera may be paused or disconnected
- The date range you are viewing is set to a time interval when data is not being collected
- Data delivery may not happen right away. These delays are normal. Please try to check your data later
