If you would like to retrieve your data from Cyclops for internal analysis, you may do it through our API service. Simply attach the API Token on your request headers for authentication purposes. Please be reminded that API Token is only available after setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Follow the steps to create API Token (under the condition that MFA has been configured):
Step 1: Go to Settings > Account
Step 2: Go to “Manage Tokens” under API Token
Step 3: Click “Create API Token”
Step 4: Copy the token and paste it on your script
Others could use the API token to access your data. Please save the token in a secure environment and contact us immediately at info@dayta.ai if you detect any security threats.
API is currently in beta and is subject to change in the future.
