Step 1: Download a phone application for multi-factor authentication.
The applications that we support are:
Duo Mobile, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator.
Step 2: Go to Profile Settings (click on your profile picture in the top left) > Settings > Security
Step 3: Click on the “Set up Multi-Factor Authentication now” button
Step 4: Click on the “Set up using an app” icon
Step 5: Scan the QR code with the multi-factor authentication application on your phone
Step 6: Your phone application will display a 6-digit code. Enter the code in the box provided on Cyclops.
Step 7: Click “Verify Code and Authenticate” and we will process your request for you!
All set! Your account is now more secure, even if your password is compromised!
