There are 5 levels of user roles with designated access rights respectively:
Admin
- Administers and oversees the entire workspace
- Manages workspace join requests, user role, deactivation and reactivation of users
- There can be one or more admin(s) to manage the workspaces
Integrator
- With access right to all locations in the workspace
- Allowed to edit locations, touchpoints, cameras
- Unable to conduct data visualisation (dashboard function excluded)
Analyst
- With access right to the locations that are shared with them only
- Allowed to edit locations, touchpoints, cameras that are shared with them only
- Allowed to conduct data visualisation and share dashboard with other users in the workspace
Explorer
- With access right to the locations that are shared with them only
- Allowed to edit locations, touchpoints, cameras that are shared with them only
- Allowed to conduct data visualisation and share dashboard with other users in the workspace
Viewer
- With read-only access in Cyclops
- Allowed to view teams, locations, touchpoints, cameras, and dashboard that are shared with them without any editing right besides their profile setting
The user role will be assigned by the admin when they are admitting new users. However, their location access right is not determined by their user role but whether the admin of the locations have granted right to them.
