How do I delete my location?

If you wish to delete your store from Cyclops, please continue reading this article. 

Once you choose to delete your store, the request cannot be reversed. All analytics zones, floorplans, and settings related to the store will be permanently deleted from Cyclops.

Step 1: Go to “Stores”

Step 2: Click on the store you wish to delete

Step 3: Press “Details” in the sidebar

Step 4: Type in the name of the store you wish to delete in the appropriate box

Step 5: Click “Delete Store” to confirm your decision
