How to delete a touchpoint?

To delete a touchpoint, please follow the steps below.

Once you choose to delete your touchpoint, this request cannot be reverted. All settings and data related to the touchpoint will be permanently deleted from Cyclops.

Step 1: In “Locations”, select the touchpoint you intend to delete.

You may either click on the touchpoint icon on the floor plan or the touchpoint option at the touchpoint panel.

Step 2: Click on the settings icon

Step 3: Click “Delete Touchpoint”

Step 4: Type ‘Delete’ and press “Confirm Delete”

You have successfully deleted the touchpoint.
