To delete an analytics zone, please follow the steps below.
Once you choose to delete your analytics zone, this request cannot be reverted. All settings related to the analytics zone and the camera bound to it will be permanently deleted from Cyclops.
Step 1: Go to “Stores”
Step 2: Click on the store you wish to delete an analytics zone for
Step 3: Simply click on the ‘x’ icon associated with the analytics zone you want to delete
Step 4: Click ‘Delete’ to confirm
