Whenever you find out that there is no data in the widget, it could be possible that:
- The data is still under processing. Depending on your subscription package, it can take up to 3 to 8 hours for the video streams to be fully processed. If you are experiencing abnormal latency for your data, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you; Or,
- There is a connection issue with the camera. You may want to check the particular camera streaming status and operating hours in Settings -> Cameras. Follow the guide here to start, pause or relaunch your camera, or follow the guide here to change the operating hours of your camera.
